There's a new show on Syfy called Hollywood Treasure. It follows the folks that run Profiles in History - an auction house that specializes in Hollywood Memorabilia.

In the second episode of this new series the team gets a chance to auction off one of the Rodget Young models from Starship Troopers. Unfortunately, they only show one small photo of it and the description of it seemed different from the photo - so I'm not entirely sure which one it was. On the other hand, they do spend a little time standing next to the 9' hero model of the Rodger Young as well... so that was pretty cool.

Overall it's a pretty interesting show for people who are interested in the subject matter. It's always interesting to hear where some of this stuff turns up. You can catch the show on the Syfy channel website or on Hulu (though Hulu doesn't have the 2nd episode for some reason).
